This morning when I got up there had been a hard frost which usually means a clear sky, but today when I looked to the south east there was some patchy cloud visible just as the sky brightened before sunrise. I thought that there was a possability of a nice colourful sunrise so I got some warm gear and the camera and headed out to see what might happen, in the end, mainly I think because the cloud was at differing heights things didn’t work out quite as I ha expected but maybe it was still worth going out in the cold.
